Awesome 1920s Micro Beaded Bolero and Skirt Set

A rare find, but a bit of a stumper; Costume Ethnic Dance I dunno....but the construction , fabrics and micro beading on tulle are certainly 1920s, 30s at the latest. The elasticized waistband on the skirt is a newer element, bolero fastens with hooks and eyes. The elasticized waistband on the skirt is a newer element, bolero fastens with hooks and eyes. Here's the bad news - I would say this is best for a photo shoot , pattern or just worship; this has many issues, wearable with care . There is bead loss, skirt has been totally reworked, many repairs and some holes in the tulle - which is fragile - priced accordingly.

It is just so amazing and unusual ! My mannequin, for reference, is quite tall and measures 33" x 23.5" x 33. MEASUREMENTS: small - medium Bust - 36" Shoulder to shoulder - 16" Sleeves - 23" Waist -elasticized, to 34" Hips - to 38" Waist to hem - 24" ERA: 1920s (? +-) MATERIALS - glass beads, tulle, netting, cotton lining LABELS - None CONDITION : fair - good, many issues noted All items are described as accurately as possible, and measurements are taken very carefully....please make sure your measurements are at least 1" less than those of the garment, for proper fit, drape and ease of movement.
