Tutu Sizing Chart: 0-6 months: 14" waist> 6 inches in length 6-12 months: 15" waist> 7 inches in length 12-18 months: 16" waist> 8 inches in length 18-24 months: 18.5" waist> 8 or 9 inches in length (You can give me the exact waist measurement if not sure about the size).
